What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA preferred
• 6+ years of accounting or finance experience
• 2+ years of leadership or management experience
• Public accounting background highly preferred
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and internal controls
• SOX compliance and audit experience preferred
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP system experience
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
