Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Review and maintain accuracy of the general ledger and financial reporting.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including inventory and cost accounting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare management reports.
• Review reconciliations and ensure internal controls compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting team members.
• Partner with operations and leadership to support sound financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities
