Job summary

Ally Financial’s Accounting LEADership Development Program (ALDP) offers recent graduates a three-year, three-rotation accounting track in Detroit, MI, aimed at CPA certification. You’ll gain hands-on experience across core accounting functions within the Controller’s organization.

Starting June 2028, you’ll rotate through assignments in Business Unit & Enterprise Accounting, Tax, Financial Controls and Reporting, building exposure, developing technical skills, and a network within a Fortune 500

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Interest in pursuing CPA certification.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across three accounting fields within the Controller's Organization.
• Exposure to enterprise-wide initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
• Support with external and regulatory reporting and internal controls.
