AT&T in Dallas offers the Accounting Leadership Development Program (ALDP) for recent graduates. The 2-year rotation includes two 12-month assignments in Accounting or Audit, with hands-on projects and mentorship to develop future leaders.

Enrollment in a master’s program in Accounting/Finance/Economics is required, with graduation expected by June 2027 and full-time, in-office presence in Dallas throughout the program.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a master's degree program with a focus in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related specialty
• Graduation expected by June 2027
• Ability to meet full-time, in-office requirement in Dallas for the duration
• 1+ years related experience preferred; certification required in some areas
• Professionalism with solid knowledge of fundamental concepts and organizational practices
• Ability to exercise independent judgement with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Engage in AT&T’s Accounting Leadership Development Program (ALDP) designed for recent graduates with a master’s degree, selecting either Accounting or Audit track
• Work on assigned projects providing exposure to practical accounting tasks and leadership development
• Build and maintain relationships with coworkers and supervisors to cultivate interpersonal skills
• Perform additional tasks to support program objectives and gain accounting or audit experience
