Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0–18 months of experience in audit, tax, and/or public accounting or similar relevant experience preferred.
• CPA, CFA, MBA or other professional designation a plus.
• Previous recruiting or business development experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain target client lists and develop client relationships.
• Prospect via phone, email, social media, in-person meetings and other methods.
• Generate new job orders weekly aligned with performance objectives.
• Manage new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment.
• Log activity in Bullhorn and maintain notes for business planning.
• Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell and fulfill open roles.
