Job summary

Raymond West is seeking an Accounting Associate to support the accounting team with daily transactions, invoicing, payment processing, and maintaining accurate records. The role covers both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including data entry into the financial system and assisting with reporting.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, with a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a collaborative warehouse

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational time management skills are essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and similar software.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Responsibilities

• Client account setup and maintenance.
• Review and approve credit ratings/limits.
• Consolidate invoices to clients for summary billings.
• Update and maintain client purchase orders for final service billings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
