Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in customer service, sales support, or account management.
• Experience processing orders, quotations, pricing, and returns/credits.
• Experience with enterprise systems or databases; ERP/JDE preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to coordinate with internal teams.
• Proficient in basic arithmetic and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, quotations, follow-ups, and returns/credits per policy.
• Respond to inquiries promptly via phone, email, or other channels.
• Coordinate with sales, inventory, credit, and warehouse to ensure timely order execution.
• Investigate discrepancies in pricing, shipping, or billing and drive resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and order activity.
• Identify upsell opportunities in line with pricing guidelines.
