Job summary

• 3–5 years of experience in a customer service-related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional customer service and multitasking abilities.

• Strong cross-departmental communication and teamwork.
• Ability to build relationships with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Enter and review orders for accuracy in ERP system; issue purchase orders to manufacturers.
• Disperse order details to sales, operations, and customers; track status.
• Provide status updates, manage lead times, and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare installation/delivery packets and coordinate project flow.
• Assist with product research, quotes, and vendor/customer discounts as needed.
• Manage warranty claims and support project coordinators and PM team.
