Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience with heavy inbound, outbound and transferring calls.
• 3 years of B2B account support recommended.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Experience with proofreading and editing documents.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and provide prompt issue resolution.
• Data entry and account reconciliation assistance.
• Prepare reports and invoices.
• Process new accounts and orders.
• Occasional miscellaneous projects.
• Outbound calls to gain information or follow up on issues.
