Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support internal partners and external customers through calls, data entry, and prompt issue resolution. You will handle account reconciliations, prepare invoices and reports, and process new accounts and orders.

The role includes outbound calls to obtain information and follow up on open issues, plus occasional miscellaneous projects. Strong communication, accuracy and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' customer service experience.
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and provide prompt issue resolution.
• Data entry and processing of new accounts and orders.
• Assist in account reconciliation and prepare reports and invoices.
• Make outbound customer calls to obtain information and follow up on issues.
• Handle miscellaneous projects as needed.
