Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support internal partners and external customers. You will handle calls, enter data, reconcile accounts, and prepare reports and invoices, while processing new accounts and orders and pursuing follow-up on issues.

Preferred candidates have 3+ years of B2B support, strong MS Office skills, and proofreading/editing capabilities. This is a full-time role based in Ohio with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience with proofreading and editing documents.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and provide prompt issue resolution.
• Data entry and assisting in account reconciliation.
• Prepare reports and invoices; process new accounts and orders.
• Make outbound calls to obtain information or follow up on issues.
• Participate in occasional miscellaneous projects.
