Job summary

iCIMS is a fast-growing SaaS company delivering web-based recruitment software, including iRecruiter, to hundreds of clients worldwide. The Account Services Manager works closely with customers to ensure all needs and expectations are met, utilizing strong ASP knowledge and outstanding communication skills. A bachelor degree is required.

Travel is occasionally required as you identify upsell opportunities, manage multiple accounts, and support client renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with strong academic track record.
• Strong knowledge of ASP systems and mastery of iRecruiter.
• Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts with minimal supervision.
• Experience with HR systems or software project management is a plus.
• Some travel required.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and opportunities to upsell products.
• Participate in sales presentations via calls, seminars, on-site meetings, and surveys.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop client references and case studies.
• Proactively contact clients to drive renewal rates.
• Address and resolve escalated customer issues.
• Some travel may be required.
