iCIMS is seeking an Account Services Manager to work closely with customers, manage multiple accounts, and drive renewal rates while identifying opportunities for additional products and services.

The role requires strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, travel may be required, and a bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record is preferred. You will be part of the Account Services team supporting major clients and delivering solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with strong academic track record.
• Experience with HR systems or software project management is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple accounts and effectively communicate with customers.
• Identify customer needs and uncover opportunities to add products/services.
• Participate in sales presentations via conference calls, on-site meetings, and surveys.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop client references and testimonials.
• Proactively contact assigned clients to drive renewal rate toward 100%.
• Handle escalated customer issues and travel as required.
