Job summary

iCIMS Middleware Test Company is seeking a Manager in the Account Services Department to work closely with customers, maximize product usage, and renew accounts. The role focuses on maintaining strong product knowledge and delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities include navigating iRecruiter, managing multiple accounts, and coordinating with Marketing for testimonials and case studies. A Bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic track record.
• Experience with all Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Hands‑on user of Microsoft Internet Explorer and related web‑based technologies.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision or formal structure.
• Experience in HR systems and/or software project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong knowledge of ASP systems and master the iRecruiter system to communicate best practices to customers.
• Manage multiple accounts and demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Identify customer needs and opportunities to upsell products and services.
• Participate in sales presentations through calls, seminars, and on-site meetings.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop client references, case studies, and testimonials.
• Proactively contact assigned clients to achieve renewal.
• Handle escalated customer issues.
