Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in phone or face-to-face customer service.
• Ability to multitask across computer systems while delivering accurate, empathetic service.
• Ability to manage complex interactions with empathy, composure, and sound judgment.
• Ability to adapt to new situations and diverse workplace environments.
