Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an Account Sales Manager in Georgia to perform outside sales on an assigned route, driving product sales and displays at all formats of stores. You will upsell inventory, cooler space, and displays while ensuring safe, compliant delivery and accurate paperwork.

You will build strong customer relationships, monitor competitor activity, and hit monthly sales and merchandising KPIs in a fast-paced beverage environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage products and relationships with customer contacts for sale of our products at assigned accounts.
• Delivers product to correct addresses; maintains signed invoices and paperwork.
• Determine current and ongoing product needs at accounts and look for ways to increase sales.
• Perform outside sales functions including increasing sales and placement of products.
• Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales.
• Evaluate competitors’ activities and communicate with District Manager.
• Meet monthly KPIs for sales, distribution, pricing, displays, and new accounts.
• Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper rotation and brand flow.
• Collaborate with RBNA sales teams to develop and execute programs.
• Operate delivery vehicle according to laws; report maintenance needs.
• Increase inventory and diversity of products at each account and improve in-store branding.
