Crawford Electric Supply in Tulsa, OK is seeking an Account Representative for the PNP Program to drive outbound and inbound sales and grow customer relationships. You will handle inquiries, qualify leads, upsell products, and maintain CRM records to support revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ Years of Sales or previous experience in an outbound sales call role
• Basic Navigation of Eclipse, SSM and Microsoft Office
• Knowledgeable of electrical products and electrical distribution
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Ability to use CRM systems and practices
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Able to work in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Inbound and outbound sales calls; generate revenue and resolve issues
• Work collaboratively with program leadership to identify and grow accounts
• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Follow communication scripts for different topics
• Upsell products and services when opportunities arise
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers via CRM
• Keep records of all conversations in CRM in a comprehensible way
• Attend educational seminars/training to improve knowledge
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
• Understand marketing campaigns and communicate to customers
• Setup and Maintain SPAs
• Promote and Setup Customer Digital Platforms
• Utilize CRM as the customer management tool
