Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or outbound call experience.
• Basic navigation of Eclipse, SSM and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledgeable of electrical products and distribution.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use CRM systems and practices.
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Account Representative is responsible for inbound and outbound sales calls.
• Handle current and potential customers with the goal of generating revenue.
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
• Work collaboratively with PNP Program Leadership to identify, qualify, and grow small to medium accounts.
• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
• Seize opportunities to upsell products and services when they arise.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by responding to their needs, offering solutions, and introducing them to internal resources.
