Job summary

ADESA, a Carvana-owned company, is looking for an Administrative Accounts role to manage daily customer accounts and serve as the primary contact for administrative operations. You will ensure accurate financial, inventory, and sale-day activities for commercial and dealer partners.

You will handle invoicing, accounts receivable, and payments while coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Daily account operations: invoicing, A/R, payments, and customer communication.
• Inventory monitoring and reporting; coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
• Sale preparation: lineup management, fee posting, recon activities.
• Financial reconciliation of transactions after auction activities.
• Sales support and resolving customer inquiries or discrepancies.
• Data entry for vehicle information and transaction history in systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• General duties as assigned by manager.
