Qualifications

• 2+ years in an auction, dealer-facing data-quality, or sales-operations execution role, including coaching or mentoring.
• Experience with AMS, AutoIMS, ADESA.com, Simulcast, OpenLane, and DealerBlock or ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Sales Operations Support team; manage capacity and workload.
• Balance Salesforce case-load and act as escalation point.
• Own KPIs and report performance and service levels to management.
• Onboard, train, and coach team members on ADESA systems and SOPs.
• Oversee data quality, audits, and reporting for seller and operations teams.
