ADESA, a Carvana owned company, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to grow the auction business by building and maintaining relationships with dealers and institutional accounts. You will contact dealers daily to solicit new buy/sell opportunities and support sale day activities.

The role emphasizes prompt engagement, professional service, and effective use of ADESA CRM tools. A fast-paced environment offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service and administrative experience.
• Automotive/auction experience preferred.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Legally eligible to operate a motor vehicle; valid driver's license.
• English reading/writing proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships to grow auction business.
• Respond promptly to calls, emails, and texts with courtesy.
• Resolve complaints and escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate hotel and flight arrangements with logistics.
• Solicit dealers and develop new buy/sell opportunities by phone and online.
• Log calls and use CRM to track activity and reports.
• Support sale day duties and promote ADESA.com to customers.
• Collaborate with departments to market inventory.
