• Own the work order technology platform, ensuring data accuracy and efficient workflows.
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs with site teams, technicians, and vendors.
• Support sourcing, procurement and vendor management, including contract monitoring.
• Help drive Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) program compliance and culture.
• Own KPI governance and reporting to inform leadership and client about performance.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI and smart building solutions, for future ops.
