CBRE Account Operations Manager role seeks an experienced supervisor to lead maintenance staff and safety programs for facilities, ensuring contract quality and KPI adherence. You will oversee staffing, coaching, and performance reviews while coordinating daily activities and vendor relations.

With a focus on cost efficiency and compliant operations, you will drive process improvements, playbooks, and account delivery. Leadership and cross‑functional collaboration are essential in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring and rewarding performance.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated information and convey performance expectations.

Responsabilités

• Provide formal supervision to employees and oversee training and development.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coaching; oversee recruiting and hiring.
• Coordinate and manage daily activities; set schedules and cross‑train staff.
• Mentor and coach as needed; track deadlines and ensure KPIs are met.
• Identify sale opportunities and promote capabilities to potential clients.
• Monitor vendor performance on outsourced contracts and verify SLAs.
• Ensure safety and compliance with national, state, and local codes.
• Develop operational playbooks and service delivery plans.
• Analyze and optimize utility rate structures for cost reductions.
