Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Account Operations Supervisor to lead the Account Operations Coordinator team, plan and book customer freight, and optimize load consolidation to maximize truck utilization. You will monitor SLAs and KPIs, identify service gaps, and drive corrective actions while serving as a key escalation point for the team and customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of logistics or supply chain operations experience.
• Experience leading or overseeing others.
• Strong transportation planning and load optimization.
• Experience monitoring SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Experience with TMS platforms and reporting tools (e2open TMF, Descartes Aljex, Power BI).
• Experience with high-volume, strategic logistics accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift as quarterback and coordinate bookings.
• Oversee daily planning with warehouses and evaluate capacity.
• Monitor SLAs/KPIs and drive corrective actions.
• Escalate issues and provide clear direction to coordinators.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning and reduce freight spend.
