Account Manager

Cesar Ramos Insurance Agcy Inc is seeking an organized and efficient go-getter willing to focus primarily (85-90%) on sales. You will have some administrative duties and support insurance agents in gaining and keeping customers; light service tasks may also be involved.

Responsibilities:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet customer needs while supporting business development.
• Assist office with pivot sales (approx. 20% of your role).

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a P&C license; must be current and active.
• Must obtain a Life/Health license within 90 days of hire.
• Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals.
• Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
