Role Description

Cesar Ramos Insurance Agcy Inc is looking for an organized and efficient go‑getter primarily (85-90%) focused on SALES. The role includes administrative duties and support to insurance agents in acquiring and retaining customers. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong client relations, a sales‑oriented mindset, and an ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment to grow their career and income.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including responses to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Communicate effectively to efficiently meet customer needs while promoting business development.
• Assist the office with pivot sales, approximately 20% of the role.

Qualifications
