Orkin is seeking an Account Manager in the United States to build credibility with commercial clients, conduct on-site inspections, and design service plans that deliver results. You’ll manage accounts, deliver presentations, and close new business with an emphasis on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy solving problems and building client relationships.
• Strategic thinking to identify client needs and design service plans.
• Experience in B2B relationship management preferred.

• Ability to work independently and stay organized in a field environment.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks (climbing, crawling, weather exposure).

Responsibilities

• Build credibility and long-term relationships with commercial clients.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting, networking, and expanding accounts.
• Conduct interior and exterior inspections; training provided.
• Deliver presentations highlighting value and close business.
• Serve as main contact to strengthen retention and partnerships.
• Use company iPad to prepare proposals and manage pipeline.
• Prioritize safety on every visit and ensure customer confidence.
