Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, along with willingness to obtain pesticide licensing within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Willing to obtain pesticide license within 90 days of employment.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and wear PPE as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build credibility and long-term relationships with commercial clients.
• Meet sales goals through prospecting, networking, and expanding accounts.
• Conduct interior and exterior inspections; full paid training provided.
• Deliver presentations highlighting Orkin’s value to close business.
• Serve as main contact to strengthen retention and partnerships.
• Use company-provided iPad to prepare proposals and manage pipeline.
• Prioritize safety on every visit and provide value-driven solutions.
