Orkin in the United States is seeking an Account Manager to build lasting relationships with commercial clients, perform on-site inspections, and design service plans that deliver results. You’ll be supported by award-winning training and a clear path for career growth.

This role offers uncapped earning potential with base pay plus commission and a company vehicle, plus comprehensive benefits and paid training. No pest control experience required to start.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Willing to obtain pesticide license within 90 days of employment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and access crawl spaces safely.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build credibility and long-term relationships with commercial clients.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting, networking and expanding accounts.
• Conduct interior and exterior inspections; training provided.
• Deliver presentations highlighting Orkin’s value and close business.
• Serve as main contact to strengthen retention and partnerships.
• Use company-provided iPad to prepare proposals and manage pipeline.
• Prioritize safety during every visit and inspection.
