Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Account Manager to build long-term relationships with commercial clients and deliver tailored pest management solutions. You will conduct thorough inspections, present value-driven plans, and manage accounts to drive retention and growth.

No industry experience is required, and training is provided. You will work within a supportive team, using Orkin’s tools to generate leads and close business.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Willing to obtain pesticide license within 90 days; company supports costs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and access crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops.

Responsibilities

• Build credibility and long-term relationships with commercial clients.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting, networking, and expanding accounts within territory.
• Conduct interior and exterior inspections; full paid training provided.
• Deliver compelling presentations highlighting Orkin’s value and close business.
• Serve as main contact for accounts to strengthen retention and partnerships.
• Use company-provided iPad to prepare proposals and manage pipeline.
• Prioritize safety on every visit and protect customers and business.
• Represent Orkin as trusted advisor with clear communication and commitments.
• Listen to understand customer concerns and offer value-driven solutions.
• Translate findings into tailored recommendations to reduce risk.
