Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Account Manager to oversee commercial client accounts, perform inspections, and design service plans that protect properties. You will build trusted relationships, deliver compelling presentations, and close new business with a focus on retention and upselling within your territory.

You’ll join a team that values safety, integrity, and innovation, with comprehensive training, uncapped earning potential, and a company vehicle. Prior pest-control experience is not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to obtain pesticide license within 90 days.
• Ability to climb, crawl and work in various weather conditions.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Build credibility and long-term relationships with commercial clients.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting, networking, and expanding accounts within your territory.
• Conduct interior and exterior inspections; full paid training provided.
• Deliver presentations that highlight Orkin’s value and close business.
• Serve as the main point of contact for your accounts to strengthen retention.
