Orkin is seeking a customer-focused Account Manager in the United States to grow commercial and residential pest-control relationships. You’ll conduct on-site inspections, design service plans, and leverage Orkin’s tools and training to deliver results. No prior industry experience is required as paid training is provided.

The role emphasizes building trust with clients, meeting sales targets, and using a consultative approach to protect properties and reputations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Willing to obtain pesticide license within first 90 days; company covers costs.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and to access crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops; PPE usage as required.

Responsabilités

• Build credibility and long-term relationships with commercial clients.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting, networking, working assigned leads, and expanding accounts within your territory.
• Conduct interior and exterior inspections; full paid training provided.
• Deliver presentations highlighting Orkin’s value and close business.
• Serve as main point of contact for accounts to strengthen retention and partnerships.
• Use company-provided iPad to prepare proposals and manage pipeline.
• Prioritize safety on every visit and represent Orkin as a trusted advisor.
