Smith+Nepphew is seeking an Account Manager for Advanced Wound Management to drive territory growth and deliver comprehensive wound care solutions across acute and post-acute settings.

You will educate clinicians, build lasting relationships with stakeholders, and manage a dynamic pipeline while collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven success in medical device or healthcare sales.
• Ability to navigate complex healthcare environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence decisions.
• Experience managing a sales territory and pipeline.
• High accountability and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Promote the full Advanced Wound Management portfolio across patient populations.
• Educate clinicians and healthcare staff on the clinical and economic value of solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive product adoption.
• Partner cross-functionally to support account growth and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver in-services, product demonstrations, and educational programs on wound care.
