Job summary

Rent-A-Center is hiring for an Account Manager to oversee an assigned portfolio of rental accounts, deliver exceptional service, and drive sales growth. The role involves in-store support, phone and in-home interactions, and completing deliveries and pickups.

You'll conduct early-stage collections within 1–6 days past due, maintain account health, and build lasting customer relationships while adhering to RAC values and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build strong customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily/weekly collection standards.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments using account management tools.
• Complete routes for deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups.
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and at customers’ homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and comply with safety guidelines.
