Rent-A-Center, Inc. is seeking a versatile Account Manager to oversee rental accounts, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales growth. The role includes completing deliveries and pickups, managing collections, and maintaining showroom standards.

You will build strong customer relationships while adhering to RAC mission and values, with full-time hours Monday through Saturday and Sundays off. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build strong customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily/weekly collection standards.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments using account management tools.
• Complete routes for deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups.
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
• Adhere to safety and operational guidelines.
