Rent-A-Center is hiring for an Account Manager to oversee rental accounts, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales growth across in-store, phone, and in-home interactions. You will perform deliveries, pickups, and collections while maintaining showroom standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 with a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of rental accounts.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due).
• Perform deliveries and pickups and follow up on accounts.
• Provide in-store, over-the-phone, and in-home white-glove service.
• Drive sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Maintain showroom standards and comply with safety guidelines.
