Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking an Account Manager to oversee an assigned portfolio of rental accounts, deliver exceptional customer service, drive account performance, and manage deliveries and pickups across in-store, phone, and in-home channels. Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of rental accounts and build customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet collection targets.
• Complete deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups; maintain showroom standards.
• Provide in-store, phone, and in-home white-glove customer service and drive sales growth.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise; adhere to safety guidelines.
