Rent-A-Center is seeking an Account Manager to oversee rental accounts, deliver exceptional service, and drive account performance. You will handle deliveries, pickups, and early-stage collections while building strong customer relationships in a full-time role.

The position emphasizes sales growth, account health, and adherence to RAC values. Applicants should be ready for a physically active role with regular routes and vehicle responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily/weekly collection standards.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments utilizing account management tools.
• Complete assigned routes for deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups.
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
• Adhere to all company safety and operational guidelines.
