Rent-A-Center is hiring for an Account Manager who will oversee rental accounts and deliver exceptional service. You will drive account performance, handle deliveries and pickups, and build strong customer relationships to promote growth.

The role emphasizes in-store and in-customer-home support with a focus on timely collections. The position is full-time with a Monday–Saturday schedule, offering rapid growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to sell products and manage customer accounts.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of rental accounts and maintain relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet collection standards.
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and at customers’ homes.
• Complete deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups; drive showroom standards.
