Job summary
Airgas in Salinas, CA is seeking an Account Manager to build and sustain high-value partnerships in our industrial gas and related markets. You will act as a consultative partner, adding value by integrating Airgas solutions to customers' operations.
You will advance territory growth by deepening existing relationships and identifying new opportunities, while conducting regular business reviews and coordinating information across the partnership lifecycle to ensure healthy margins and service
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 2–3 years related experience, or equivalent
- Proven history of success in B2B sales or business development roles
- Proficiency with common email, spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation software
Responsibilities
- Advance territory growth by deepening relationships with existing clients and identifying new partnerships
- Develop strategic roadmaps to achieve sales milestones and manage time effectively
- Conduct regular business reviews with key customers to ensure high levels of support and value
- Coordinate information management across all phases of the partnership lifecycle
- Stay informed about new products and competitive landscape to advise clients
