Responsibilities

• Learn White Cap’s business model, products, vendors, and pricing through training and on-the-job coaching.
• Prepare and execute account plans to grow customer relationships.
• Sell White Cap value proposition and product lines to customers.
• Ride along with managers to learn field sales calls.
• Enter and process customer orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain acceptable MVR and operate company or personal vehicle as required.
