You will drive inside sales, handle quotes, and coordinate logistics for events while maintaining high service levels and accurate records in HubSpot.

Aufgaben

• Intake and manage all sales and support requests from dealers, designers, sales staff, and management.
• Subject matter expert in all products and processes to provide dealers, designers, and sales staff with best-in-class service and support.
• Drive revenue growth through conducting inside sales with the existing dealer network, inquiring customers, and specifiers.
• Generate and manage quotes and order processing.
• Oversee HubSpot (CRM) administration for assigned territory, including dealer profiles, records, pipelines, workflows and tickets.
• Coordinate dealer display administration for assigned territory and assist with display orders to fit requirements.
• Administer and oversee KPIs and dashboards to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support dealer and events and answer calls and process orders promptly.
• Coordinate logistics for trade shows, conferences, and events.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
