Collected by Schwung is seeking a driven Account Manager to join our in-house sales team. This role blends relationship management, outbound prospecting, and full-cycle sales support in a fast-paced, design-forward environment.

The position involves cold calling, managing active accounts, and building a healthy sales pipeline with designers and trade clients. Ideal candidates will be confident, persistent, and tech-savvy, able to coordinate quotes, orders, and communications across operations

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or account management preferred.
• Comfort with cold calling and outbound sales.
• Strong phone communication and confidence.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple systems.
• Organized, detail-oriented with reliable follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Design or trade industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and outreach to prospective clients
• Follow up on warm leads, inquiries, and dormant accounts
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
• Build long-term relationships with designers and trade clients
• Prepare quotes and guide clients through product selection
• Maintain consistent follow-up and communication
• Create and manage sales orders, invoices, and documentation
• Track orders from placement through delivery
• Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams
• Monitor timelines, availability, and special requests
• Maintain accurate records in CRM, inventory, and order systems
• Use technology daily to track outreach, activity, and sales
• Adapt quickly to new tools, systems, and workflows
