Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound sales activities, including responding to customer inquiries and preparing accurate quotes.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through timely communication and follow-up.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to generate reports, analyze sales data, and support pricing and forecasting.
• Coordinate with internal departments (operations, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain CRM records, ensuring all customer interactions, quotes, and updates are documented accurately.
• Assist the outside sales team with customer research, pipeline updates, and account support.
• Monitor inventory levels and product availability to provide timely and accurate information to customers.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and expand customer accounts.
