Job summary

Excel™ is seeking a data-driven Account Manager to optimize and grow partner relationships in the insurance lead generation industry. This remote role requires strong analytical skills, KPI-driven performance tracking, and revenue optimization expertise, with travel for local meetups and conferences.

Candidates should be local to the Miami, FL area, able to operate remotely, and comfortable presenting data-driven insights to the SVP of Revenue.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in account management, performance marketing, or lead generation.
• Proven experience meeting KPIs in a lead-driven environment.
• Strong data analysis skills: Excel, Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), or SQL.
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) for performance tracking.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple accounts and projects.
• Excellent communication skills for client presentations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of partners, ensuring robust monthly and yearly revenue growth.
• Track and optimize key KPIs, including lead to sales conversion rate, policy sales CPA, lead volume and spend growth.
• Conduct weekly/monthly performance reviews and present data-driven insights.
• Identify and execute upsell/cross-sell strategies, driving YoY partner spend increase.
• Collaborate with internal marketing team to enhance lead distribution and lead performance.
