Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound sales activities, respond to inquiries, and prepare accurate quotes.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through timely communication.
• Use Excel to generate reports, analyze sales data, and support pricing and forecasting.
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance for smooth order processing.
• Maintain CRM records documenting customer interactions, quotes, and updates.
• Assist outside sales with customer research, pipeline updates, and account support.
• Monitor inventory levels and product availability to inform customers.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and expand customer accounts.
