RNR Tire Express in Warner Robins, GA is seeking an Account Manager to re-engage customers with expired Rental Agreements. The role focuses on re-sell of agreements and educating customers rather than simply collecting payments.

High school diploma required; prior collections or account management experience preferred. The position emphasizes customer service, proactive account management, and maintaining accurate records within our POS system.

Formación

• Experience in customer service and account management.
• Knowledge of collections processes and delinquent accounts.
• Ability to read and interpret rental agreements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee verification process for new potential customers.
• Present rental agreements and ensure customers understand terms.
• Handle payments via multiple methods (cash, card, money order).
• Make outbound calls to delinquent customers and pursue past-due accounts.
• Maintain communication to re-establish contact with customers.
• Occasionally perform field collections and de-installations.
• Identify opportunities to recapture past due business.
• Maintain knowledge of POS system and customer histories.
• Keep work area clean and stocked.
