The successful candidate will have prior experience in customer service, account management, and collections, and must be able to communicate clearly, read contracts, and handle various payment types.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, account management, and collections.
• Ability to read and interpret rental agreements and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Oversees verification process for new potential customers.
• Presents rental agreements to customers and explains details.
• Handles payments via cash, card, or money orders.
• Makes outbound calls to delinquent customers and pursues past-due accounts.
• Establishes communication with customers by reviewing references and histories.
• Occasionally handles field collections and de-installations.
• Identifies opportunities to recapture past-due business from customers returning merchandise.
• Maintains knowledge of the company POS system and customer histories.
• Maintains a clean, organized workspace.
• Other duties as assigned.
