Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Account Manager to join its Commercial sales team. You will understand Orkin’s products and services and sell them to a variety of industries, making strategic recommendations to prevent pests and meet regulatory standards.

You will win over customers with confidence and care, prioritizing safety, and building trusted relationships as a key partner protecting their business. Training supports growth and leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.
• We will consider all qualified applicants in a manner consistent with state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Maintain professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Serve as an empathetic problem solver for commercial customers by using training to recommend solutions.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct an inspection of the interior and exterior of the customer’s commercial property.
• Make recommendations to customers based on inspection findings and address questions.
• Use the iPad provided to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
