Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Account Manager to protect businesses and homes by managing client relationships, overseeing accounts, and delivering tailored pest management plans. You will perform on-site inspections, identify client needs, and design service plans that deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Willing to obtain pesticide license within 90 days; company covers costs.
• Ability to use ladders safely and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Build credibility and long-term relationships with commercial clients.
• Achieve sales goals via prospecting, networking, leads, and expanding accounts.
• Conduct interior and exterior inspections; full paid training provided.
• Deliver presentations highlighting Orkin’s value and close business.
• Serve as main contact to strengthen retention and partnerships.
• Use company-provided tablet to prepare proposals and organize pipeline.
• Prioritize safety on every visit and inspection.
